FAQ

Mass Order allows you to place multiple orders at once instead of submitting them one by one. Instead of creating separate orders manually, you can upload or paste a list of links and quantities, and the system will process them all together.

Mass order is useful when: * You have many links to process * You are managing multiple clients * You want to save time * You run a business or reseller panel Instead of placing 20 orders manually, you can submit everything in seconds ✅All you need before Before placing a mass order, you need: * Correct Service ID * Valid links (public posts or profiles) * Correct quantity for each order

A Service ID is the unique number assigned to each service in the panel. Example: * TikTok Followers → ID: 1001 * Instagram Likes → ID: 1002 👉 You must use the correct Service ID for your order to work.

Drip Feed is a feature that allows you to deliver your order gradually over time instead of all at once. For example: If you order 1,000 followers, instead of receiving all 1,000 instantly, drip feed lets you receive them in smaller portions (e.g., 100 every 30 minutes or every hour). This makes the growth appear more natural and organic.

Drip feed works by splitting your total order into multiple smaller orders (called runs). Example: * Total quantity: 1,000 followers * Runs: 5 * Quantity per run: 200 * Interval: 30 minutes This means: 👉 Every 30 minutes, 200 followers will be delivered until the full 1,000 is completed.

Avoid drip feed if: * You need instant delivery * You are testing a service * You want quick results for a short-term purpose

Once a drip feed order has started, it cannot be canceled. This is because the system has already scheduled multiple deliveries.

If a portion of your drip feed order fails: * The system may retry automatically * Or the remaining balance may be refunded to your account

No. Not all services support drip feed. 👉 Always check the service description before placing your order.

Yes, drip feed is generally safer because: * It avoids sudden spikes in engagement * It mimics real user behavior * It reduces the chances of detection by platforms

If you order 2,000 followers: * Runs: 10 * Quantity per run: 200 * Interval: 30 minutes 👉 This will complete over a few hours instead of instantly, making it look very natural.

No system can guarantee zero drops. However: 👉 Drip feed significantly reduces the chances of large drops compared to instant delivery.

We use safe methods, but we recommend: * Avoid ordering too much at once * Use drip feed for large orders

Some services provide real users, while others provide high-quality accounts. Each service description explains what you are buying.

We do not offer refunds to your bank account. However, unused or failed orders are refunded to your panel balance.

You can add funds using secure payment methods like: * Paystack * Flutterwave Simply go to the deposit page and follow the instructions.

If your order is not completed, the remaining balance will be refunded to your account automatically.

Orders cannot be canceled once processing has started. You can only cancel if the order has not yet begun.

Orders may be delayed due to: * High demand * Provider issues * Incorrect or private links If it takes too long, please contact support.

Refill means if followers or engagement drop within a certain period, we will restore them automatically or on request.

Start time is how long it takes for your order to begin after placing it. Some services start instantly, while others may take a few hours.
